In honour of the late Pamela Turnbull Lucas’ legacy of union activism, this award is presented annually to an OCHU-CUPE member who is deeply committed to advancing workers’ issues. Nominees are strong, empathetic communicators who strive to engage fellow workers in union advocacy and the labour movement as a whole.
