Introduction to the Central Bargaining Agreement

OCHU is pleased to once again offer our two-day Steward Introduction to the CUPE Central Agreement workshop.

This interactive session, taking place May 21–22 via Zoom, is designed to strengthen your understanding of the Central Agreement and build the practical skills needed to confidently support members in your workplace. Participants will gain valuable insights on key provisions of the central language, learn effective approaches to handling common issues, and connect with other stewards from across our sector.

Whether you are new to the steward role or looking to refresh your knowledge, this workshop provides a solid foundation and practical tools you can immediately apply.
