How does it feel as a healthcare worker when you’re unable to provide quality care?

“It’s having that constant dread on your mind of being, did I even do enough?” says OCHU RPN Rachel Fleming when describing the moral injury nursing staff face when confronted with unconscionable workloads. She advocates for nurse to patient ratios to insure proper care be given to all patients in their vulnerable time.
